- No refund after prep begins
- Full refund within 5 minutes if prep hasn't started
Spinacho-Initiated Cancellations
When Spinacho cancels due to stock/delivery issues - full refund guaranteed. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Refund Eligibility
- Missing items or poor quality
- Non-delivery issues
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refund Processing Times
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Digital wallet refunds: 1-3 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
